List your experience on Explore IQ

Safaris, treks, boat rides, Kathakali, Kalaripayattu, cooking classes, village walks: if you run it, travellers can book it here. This guide takes about five minutes to read.

1. Create your host account
- Sign up and choose "Host & Guide". There is no joining fee and no contract period.
- Use the phone number you answer on the day: guests and our team reach you on it.

2. Get verified
- In Provider Profile, add your business name, address and GSTIN if you have one.
- Add the licence your activity needs (tourism, forest, adventure or boat licence) and your insurance with expiry dates. We check them, usually within 2 working days, and show a Verified badge.
- We remind you before a licence expires. If it lapses, your listings pause until you upload the renewal.

3. List your experience
- Choose the destination and which experience it is (for example "Jeep safari" in Munnar). Travellers looking at that experience then see your listing under Book now.
- Write what is included and what is not, the meeting point, duration, fitness and age limits, and safety measures. Use real photos of your own trips.
- Set your price per person, any options (shared or private jeep, for example), group size and start times.
- Pick a cancellation policy: Flexible, Moderate, Strict or Non-refundable. Travellers see it before they pay.

4. Keep your calendar right
- Block days you cannot run (holidays, maintenance, rain) in Availability Calendar, so nobody can book them.
- Seats are counted for you: a slot can never be overbooked.
- If weather, a forest closure or a breakdown stops a trip, open the booking in Bookings and choose "Cancel this session": every guest in it gets a full refund and is told at once, and the slot closes for new bookings.

5. On the day
- Today's guests, with names, group size and phone numbers, are in Bookings.
- In Guest QR Check-In, scan the QR on each guest's pass with your phone camera, or type the booking reference printed under it.
- Brief the group on safety before you start.

6. Getting paid
- Add your bank account in Payouts & GST. We verify new accounts before sending money, usually within 2 working days.
- Your earning for a booking becomes due once the trip date has passed and is paid in the next payout run, with the bank reference (UTR) shown.
- Our commission is 15% of the booking (0% for community hosts in our community programme). If a guest cancels, you keep your share of whatever is not refunded.

7. Reviews and messages
- Only guests who completed a trip can review it. You can reply once, publicly, to each review.
- Guests can message you from their booking; reply in Inquiries & Messages. Please do not ask guests to pay you outside Explore IQ.
