Partner API

Show verified local experiences from across India in your app: safaris, treks, forest programmes, village experiences and hotel events, each with a licensed operator, live availability and instant confirmation. Travellers book on Explore IQ through your link, and you earn a share of every booking.

How it works

  1. We set you up as a partner and give you an API key and a share of each booking (typically 5%).
  2. Read experiences, destinations and availability with the key.
  3. Send travellers to each experience's bookingUrl. It carries your partner code for 30 days, so the booking is credited to you.
  4. Your share is fixed when the booking is confirmed and paid out after the experience takes place.

Authentication

Send your key in a header on every request. Keep it on your server; never put it in an app or web page.

Limit: 120 requests a minute per key. Errors return JSON { "error": "…" } with status 401 (key), 404 (not found) or 429 (limit).

Endpoints

  • GET /api/partner/v1/activities

    Live experiences, 50 a page (up to 100). Filters: state (e.g. KL), destination (slug), category, tag (e.g. sunrise, off-road, family), q (text), page, pageSize.

  • GET /api/partner/v1/activities/{id or slug}

    One experience in full: description, photos, options and prices, inclusions, safety, meeting point, cancellation policy, group size and start times.

  • GET /api/partner/v1/activities/{id or slug}/availability?days=14

    Open start times and seats left for the next 1 to 60 days.

  • GET /api/partner/v1/destinations

    Every live destination with its state and coordinates.

Prices are in Indian rupees, including taxes. Ratings are not included yet: we publish only reviews from completed bookings.
